Account Creation
A registered user account is required for the use of the PTB E-Service. To register, please click “Sign In” in the upper right corner of your browser window, choose “Create Account” in the pop-up window, enter your data in the registration form and follow the instructions as displayed.
Using the PTB E-Service requires at least two accounts per client
organisation. The administrative account is used for the
administration of the organisation’s master data. Employee accounts
are used to apply for or order publicly available services from the PTB.
Please note that each registration with the PTB-Service requires a
unique email address. We recommend the use of a function-specific
email address for administrative accounts.
