Communication and completion

During the processing of your order or application, the PTB may provide documents for you in your inbox. You can send the PTB additional information as a document or message via the E-Service outbox as described above.

Upon conclusion of your order or application, the PTB will provide the result documents (e.g. certificates, examination reports) through your E-Service inbox.

Please note that documents provided by the PTB through the E-Service platform only remain available on the E-Service for a limited period of time as noted in the property “End of E-Service availability” in your inbox. After this period, the documents will be deleted from the platform. We therefore request you to download the required documents from the E-Service in a timely manner and store them securely.
